If these words sound good to you, come join us! Homestead Nych is a private, state licensed nude campground located near City Point in beautiful northeastern Jackson County, Wisconsin. The land was original homesteaded by the Nych family in the mid 1800's, hence the name "Homestead Nych"! You can still find remnants of the original farm on the property, including the Nych hand hewn log cabin, chicken coop, barn and pump house.
In 2005, a group of eight couples purchased the land with the vision of creating a secluded, family oriented, nude campground. We give our members and visitors the opportunity to leave the real world behind for awhile and enjoy nature at it's fullest. Stars instead of streetlights, grass instead of concrete. Go barefoot all over!
At the Homestead we enjoy the bounty that nature has provided us. To continue to keep the area's beauty intact, we keep our campground "off grid". We make extensive use of solar energy to supply our power needs, keeping our campground environmentally green.
We invite you to enjoy your favorite sports for all seasons at the Homestead. There are several hiking trails on the property for our members and visitors to enjoy, whether walking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing. The surrounding area, though not clothing optional, offers miles of trails open to 4-wheeling, snowmobiling and horseback riding.
The Homestead has 20 year round permanent sites and room for several visiting campers. Throughout the year we hold a variety of campground celebrations, including potlucks, group campfires and a yearly parade.
Homestead Nych is featured in the Summer 2009, Winter 2013 and Winter 2017 editions of the Naturist Society Magazine.
Couples and families welcome. Select singles friendly. First time visitors are required to fill out a registration form.
